Early Bird Discount
Book and pay by the date stated to qualify for a 10% discount.
Sibling Discount
All siblings can receive a 20% discount if attending the same day/s.
25% discount for all NHS workers
Proof of your NHS ID will be required.
Please note, only ONE discount can be applied to a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, parents will be informed of any cancellation, with a minimum notice period of 7 days.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will require 7 days notice for a full refund and a minimum of 24 hours notice for your booking to be moved to an alternative date/credit on account.
Registration point
The registration point for St John’s Highbury Vale School is at the main entrance. Elms staff will greet all children by the main entrance and walk them to the hall.
At the end of each session, the collection point will also be from the main entrance.
Parents are welcome to use the school car park for dropping off and collecting children. Parking is also available on neighbouring roads.
