Early Bird Discount
Book and pay by the date stated to qualify for a 10% discount.
Sibling Discount
All siblings can receive a 20% discount if attending the same day/s.
25% discount for all NHS workers
Proof of your NHS ID will be required.
Please note, only ONE discount can be applied to a booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, parents will be informed of any cancellation, with a minimum notice period of 7 days.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will require 7 days notice for a full refund and a minimum of 24 hours notice for your booking to be moved to an alternative date/credit on account.
Registration point
Elms staff will open the gates at the main entrance at 8.45am and will then escort all children to the school hall.
At the end of the day, the collection point will also be from the gates.
Parking is available on neighbouring roads.
