2024 Camps
Book & pay by the EB dates stated above, to qualify for the early bird price.
The following discounts can only be applied via telephone bookings:
Sibling Discount
1st child pays full price, subsequent siblings attending the same day/s, will receive a 20% discount
NHS discounted price of £17 per day
Proof of your NHS ID will be required.
Please note, this discount CANNOT be used in conjunction with any other offer/discount.
Cancellation Policy
Please note, parents will be informed of any cancellation, with a minimum notice period of 7 days.
If you wish to cancel your booking, we will require 7 days notice for a full refund and a minimum of 24 hours notice for your booking to be moved to an alternative date/credit on account.
Registration point
Elms staff will open the gates at the main entrance at 8.55am (8.45am for summer camp) and will then escort all children to the school hall.
At the end of each session, the collection point will also be from the gates.
Parking is available on neighbouring roads.
