The Elms Saturday Soccer School at Whitchurch Playing Fields is becoming a very popular venue this season. Craig McCreeth one of our regulars from the older group received a merit award for his continuous excellent goalkeeping and another regular Ethan Jacobson was awarded for his effort and non-stop running. Aaron Creightney from the younger group received an award for his great attitude and effort throughout training and the game.

Merit award winner's father Mr Ian McCreeth is very impressed with the Whitchurch soccer school and has commented "We have been taking our children to the Elms Soccer School in Stanmore for the last four years. Throughout this time the quality of the coaching has been excellent with the focus on learning and developing the skills for all ages, but making sure they all have lots of fun in the process. The fact that the children are split by age ensures that they play within their own ability and size group. The children love the challenge of playing for the Player of Week Awards and the End of Term Most Improved and Coaches Awards are always competed for by both age groups."

The Elms Saturday Schools kicked off this weekend at Whitchurch Playing Fields in Stanmore with Rab Chibane and his assistant Paul Sharpe. Our medal winners were Kaylen Mistry in the younger group and one of our new boys Anand Solanki. Keep it up boys we hope you enjoy a fantastic season of football.

Presentations took place at The Elms Soccer Saturday at Whitchurch Playing Fields in Stanmore, gold medals awarded to Joel Lloyd Jones and George Brant, Silver to Ram Seeta and Ethan Jacobson and bonze medals awarded to Craig McCreeth and Thomas Brant.
